Aurora Covenants
Your home is often your largest investment. In order to protect that investment, Aurora’s Property Owners Association has put in place a set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR’s). Covenants provide the framework for effective and efficient governing committees.
Covenants set specifications for:
- Duties of the Architectural Committee
- Building designs and exceptions
- Approved materials used in construction

What is the landscape maintenance annual fee amount?
HARMONY: $500
Fee is invoiced and paid through Appfolio.
Included in this fee is mowing, weed eating, edging, sprinkler maintenance, weed control, fertilization, RPZ removal & installation, and yearly back-flow testing in the Common Areas. Excluded is flower bed and tree care.
What is the COX Gigablast internet fee amount?
$600
Fee is invoiced and paid through Appfolio.
The POA has a contract with Cox Communications to provide Gigablast internet service for just $60 per month. This service is typically priced at $100-$120 per month.
Is Cox Communications the only internet service provider in Aurora?
AT&T has installed lines in Aurora. If you chose to use another internet provider, you will still be required to pay the Cox Internet Fee.
