With a BA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, Julie has been a resident of Fayetteville for over 26 years. Her journey into real estate development began after managing property closings for Bob David, which laid the foundation for their partnership. At Leadership Properties, Julie oversees large-scale residential developments, ensuring each project upholds the company’s high standards of quality and community integration. Her deep understanding of the Northwest Arkansas market has been crucial in managing and expanding a growing portfolio of residential communities.
